Processing Time
All orders are subject to 3 business days of processing time (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins the following business day after your order is placed.
If your item is labeled as a “Pre-Order,” please refer to the estimated ship dates listed in the item description. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the extended wait time for both processing and delivery.

Standard Shipping

Final Sale & Sanitation Policy
We do not offer exchanges or returns due to sanitary reasons.

We will resolve it in a timely and fair manner. Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Skye’s Flair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience any issues with a missing package, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
Hang to dry or tumble dry low
Iron on low if needed (avoid elastic area)

Gently co-wash before first install
Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner
Air dry or low heat blow-dry
