Processing & Shipping Timeframes:
- Preorder Items: Orders containing preorder items will have a processing and shipping period of 2-4 weeks. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship for your item. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey.
- Non-Preorder Items: All items that do not specify "preorder" in the product description will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Tracking & Updates:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking for preorder items may initially appear as a placeholder and will be updated once the order is in transit.
Delays & Customer Support:
