Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days
All orders at Skye’s Flair are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Skye’s Flair is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for delivery-related issues once your order has left our hands.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Skye’s Flair is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error in your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please ensure you review product details, sizing charts, and item descriptions carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at madisonskye444@gmail.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and offer a resolution if eligible.
We do not accept claims for damage after the 3-day window.

Final Sale Items
Due to sanitation and hygiene standards, all clothing and hair and hair accessory sales are final. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
Chargeback Protection
By placing an order with Skye’s Flair, you agree to our terms and refund policy.
Chargebacks filed after the 14-day return period will not be valid, as customers have acknowledged and agreed to these terms at checkout.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using proof of delivery, our return policy, and customer agreement at purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, as all items are made to order or limited stock. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original order within the 14-day return window and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [Your Email] with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to see if it is eligible.
